Definition

What Counts as a Resolution

Same definition as the Maven deal room: the customer's issue is understood and addressed completely, with no human takeover required, verified through no repeat contact within the standard window. Copilot-assisted tickets count as one resolution per ticket; escalated or thumbs-down conversations do not bill.

Volume Ramp

Resolution Volume Ramp

Every business unit's digital ticket volume becomes fully billable at the week it goes live — not a percentage of it. Copilot backstops any ticket not auto-resolved by email, and both bill identically at $1.00.

Each slider assumes the full weekly volume for that channel is billable from the go-live week through week 52. The platform fee is one-time and does not recur in Year 2.

Looking Ahead

Year 2 Outlook (No Platform Fee)

The $65,000 platform fee is one-time. Year 2 pricing is usage only, applied to a full year of total addressable volume — not the blended ramp average from Year 1.

YearDigital resolutionsVoice conversationsTotal resolutionsPlatform feeUsage revenueTotal
Year 1 (live ramp)237,92524,928262,853$65,000 (one-time)$300,245$365,245
Year 2 (full annual volume)298,97140,500339,471$0$400,221$400,221

Key takeaway: a full year at the exit-rate coverage level outweighs Year 1's ramp-blended average — Year 2 revenue is higher than Year 1's total even with the fixed fee gone.
